We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders across India. No additional shipping charges apply.

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
The estimated delivery time is 7 to 18 days, depending on the destination.
18 days is a rare case, and most orders arrive within the standard timeframe.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) because our products are customized as per your request.

Since each item is uniquely made for you, we cannot resell it to another customer, making prepayment mandatory for all orders.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer replacements, except in cases of damage or defects.
An unboxing video is mandatory for any replacement request. Without a proper unboxing video, we cannot process replacements.

If your order is delayed beyond 18 days, please contact our support team at giftsbbd@gmail.com, and we will assist you.
In rare cases of lost or undelivered packages, we will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of placing your order.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
